Learning to eat well to live well was not something that came easy for me. I spent 27+ years trying to lose weight to get healthy. All that did was kept me on the dieting roller coaster (losing weight and gaining more weight) for years.

Hi! I’m Jennifer Bell, a former school administrator turned Wellness Coach, Author, Thriving Survivor, Corporate Trainer and Transformational Speaker.

I help women identify, initiate and implement strategies and behaviors that will lead to sustainable physical, mental and spiritual health. 

In 2004, an incident in Adana, Turkey landed me in the ER. The doctors treated me for what they initially thought was a stroke…thank God it was not. However, that experience sent me on a quest to search for a way to reclaim my health, manage stress, and change the health narrative for myself and legacy for my family. 

For the next 10 years, I struggled living a healthy lifestyle. It was difficult to overcome my craving for Hot Cheetos, a Snickers, and a Diet Dr. Pepper (sometimes that was lunch), and grabbing dinner through a drive-through most evenings because I was so exhausted and oftentimes too stressed to prepare dinner. 

I found a successful way to prosper in health and wellness through a mindset shift and started my healing journey to address the internal weight that manifested in me being 50 pounds overweight.

Eating more plant-based food was the key to my weight loss and keeping it off. I had more energy and mental clarity to be productive at my job as a school principal and be present with my family when I got home. Implementing self-care activities to feed my soul and spirit completed my health transformation.

As founder of Living Well With Jennifer Bell, a Community focused on awareness and the pillars of holistic prosperity, we help women heal and reclaim their health by providing education, resources and support to encourage healthy choices that last a lifetime and create a lasting health legacy.
